Version 4.0: In Progress – Coming Fall 2025
Our newest and most powerful release yet. Built on a modern tech stack, Version 4 lays the groundwork for generative AI tools, centralized people management, and much more. Designed to make board life easier, faster, and more secure.
What’s coming in version 4.0?
Changes to overall Flow for Creating Meeting, Agendas, and Minutes.
Save as Draft: Recording secretaries will be able to save and edit drafts of agendas or minutes over several days (or weeks) before sharing them with the board.
AI-Powered Minutes: Choose how to draft—take notes as usual, upload a transcript, or upload an audio recording. AI will generate a draft for review, saving time while keeping control in your hands.
Auto Tagging for Documents
Upload a file, and BoardSpace will automatically apply smart, consistent tags—no manual sorting required.
Centralized People Management
For organizations with more than one space (like boards, committees, or working groups), managing people across each one can be a pain.
We’re solving that. Soon, admins will be able to add, edit, and manage people from one centralized space—no more hopping between boards to update contact info or permissions.

Our helpful mascot, BoardSpace Bill, will soon be available to answer your questions directly within the app. He’s here to make sure you find what you need quickly and get the most out of BoardSpace.
