The exact same materials—agenda, minutes, and linked documents—are always available through the BoardSpace portal for those who are ready and able to log in.

How does it work?
For Directors
1. Directors get an email like the one below.
2. Click on the Your-board-package link.
3. Arrive on the board package landing page. Click on “I’m not a robot,” and then you’ll be directed to your board package.

For Board Admins and Recording Secretaries
- Login to your BoardSpace account
- Go to Notifications
- Click on Pre-written messages
- Click “Send Board Package”
- Select recipients
- BoardSpace generates a secure link to the package page and embeds in the email
- The recipient clicks link to view everything in a clean browser window
- CAPTCHA verifies they’re human; no login required
The email link expires after 30 days for added security—and you can resend or update it anytime.
